About us
1404: the essence of the prestige paper was born.
Since the foundation of the first paper mill, built along the clear and mineral-rich waters of the Pescia river in Tuscany, the history of Magnani has accompanied that of Italy, inspiring with its high quality artisanal production the expressive paths of artists such as Picasso, De Chirico, Annigoni and Morandi.
Today, as part of the Fedrigoni Group, Magnani 1404 continues to produce artisan paper of the highest quality using the cylinder mould machine method, used and loved in the artistic field and for the printing of prestigious publications.
